This 30 minute session is intented as an introduction to the coaching practice. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if I am the right coach to co-create your future. During this complimentary session we will discuss what you identify as your top challenges and how you would like coaching to enhance your goals and visions. I will answer questions and any concerns you have relating to coaching to help you choose a path that feels authentic to you.

Exploration Session- 90min-2 hours:

During this session, we will dive into what makes you, YOU! We will begin to uncover challenges that you face, as well as your strengths. By the end of this session, we will have clear pathways to travel down during our coaching relationship, and a home base to come back to when we are feeling stuck.

Progressive Session- 60min:

Progressive sessions are where the work gets accomplished. During these sessions we will identify concrete items to uncover and conquer. Using our insights from our Exploration session, we will tackle your challenges and illuminate reoccuring patterns in ways that will lead to growth, both inward and outward. The majority of our time together will be spent in progressive sessions. It is recommended to anticipate four-eight progressive sessions to create lasting momentum. Progressive sessions can be scheduled as closely as a few times a week, or as spread out as monthly, and these sessions can be scheduled at any time after an Exploration session.

The intention of this program is to take a small step back from our physicality and reconnect with our identity and passions in other aspects of our lives, identify and name our challenges from our injury/illness, and return to our sport with a newfound appreciation and mental strength for the full spectrum of athleticism.
