My role is to be your unbiased coach, and help guide you as you choose a path that feels authentic. Your potential is unlimited and I want to help you unlock it!
Injuries come with many challenges that are NOT physical
The mental and emotional trauma that can be sustained from an injury, whether it be sport related or not, can affect a person for the entirety of their life.
As an active person who has experienced the physical and mental/emotional trauma of injuries starting at a young age, I empathize with injured athletes. I would like to teach you how to grow through your injury and come back stronger than ever.
I am currently working on my Associate Certified Coach accreditation through the International Coaching Federation to add to my Associates Degree of Arts in Psychology from Colorado Mountain College.
The organization was created in 2010 to fill the void of large-scale volunteer experiences for students ages 12-18. Our organization offers international service-learning trips and a leadership development program for students from the United States to Nicaragua, Tanzania, Nepal, and Morocco. Our objective is to create global minded future leaders and simultaneously give back to the world.
For fun I enjoy the outdoors; hiking, camping, biking, splitboarding, paddleboarding and spending time with my dog and cat. I also am a full time hairstylist.
I was part of the TED x Youth @ Vail IMPACT Event in 2021.
